Dancers with Heart & Sole

Every year, the Sue Hewitt Dance Family plans a variety show to earn money for a charitable organization.  The show is titled “Dancers with Heart and Sole (DwHaS)” and the motto is: “We use the soles of our feet to dance and our hearts to give others a chance.” 

Our mission is to teach our dancers to understand the needs of others and the importance of giving back to the community by using our talents to benefit others. We will do this by having the dancers organize, plan and/or perform in a show to raise money for children in need in Indiana County.

Over the past sixteen years we have raised and given away over 92,000. We are so happy to contribute and share love within our community.

Not only is our DwHaS show a great opportunity for the dancers to learn to give to others, it is also an opportunity for the dancers to showcase their own choreography, as well as present their other talents like singing or playing an instrument.
